First Line Technical Support

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and are keen to learn new skills to join our technical support department based in central Sheffield.

We are offering an excellent opportunity with extensive on the job training and career progression for the right people.

The successful candidate will assist both existing and new customers (residential, student and business) in accessing ask4 services.

The candidate will be required to have a good working knowledge of Windows XP, Vista and preferably MAC OS/X. They must also have a basic understanding of networking.

All candidates will be required to be flexible, and have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

A strong understanding of networking, particularly TCP/IP and previous technical support experience would be preferable.

We offer a competitive salary and an additional benefits package.

We are currently employing candidates to work in both permanent full time positions and temporary summer vacation full-time positions which will become part-time positions from October onwards.
