Velocity sets pace with ask4


Maintaining their reputation as the forward thinking developer, Velocity Estates has struck a deal with the UK's fastest broadband supplier, ask4, at their innovative E90M Velocity Village development in Sheffield.

The 300 apartments managed by Velocity Estates at Velocity Village, South Yorkshire's largest speculative mixed use scheme, will benefit from the speedy broadband service, providing tenants with rapid connectivity to all the business, media, entertainment and communication that the World Wide Web has to offer from the comfort of their luxury home.

Upon its completion this year, the 433 luxury apartments in the residential quarters will comprise of studios, one and two bedroom apartments, and a number of exceptional penthouses all built around stunning landscaped courtyards. The development will also house 600 newly-built secure car parking spaces and a 24-hour concierge facility. The first phase of apartments are
now available to let at Velocity Village and over 250 potential tenants visited the brand new fully furnished show apartment at its unveiling, demonstrating the immense interest in this ultimate urban living project.

In addition to the residential quarters, Velocity is also the largest speculative office lettings in Sheffield for 2006. Commercial Phases 2 and 3 will be available this year offering flexible, modern, grade A office buildings at 24,000sq ft and 67,000sq ft respectively.
