Moving in Day

ask4 will have a desk usually located in or near the reception area or in the common room. There will be posters directing you to our staff and Hall staff can also direct you to our table. ask4 staff will be wearing a bright orange T-shirt and will be able to inform you of the packages available.

 

How to obtain your Internet Connection

You can either purchase an Internet Connection Voucher from the ask4 desk with cash or cheque, or if you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card, you can sign up from your computer *

You will also receive a Connection CD to help you configure you computer for use on our network

The network is not wireless so you will need a CAT5 Patch Cable (also known as an Ethernet Cable) to connect. These will be available from ask4 staff during the move in period.

If paying by cash please make sure that you have the correct amount for your package.

• Connection CD
• CAT5 Patch Cable

Once you have these things, you can activate your internet connection by following the instructions on the Connection CD and using the Signup Wizard.
