ask4 will have a desk usually located in or near the reception area or in the common room. There will be posters directing you to our staff. Ask4 staff will be wearing a pink T-shirt and will be able to inform you of the packages available.
Payment can be made either by Direct Debit or Credit Card. Payment by cash or cheque is also availiable but requires the payment to be made at a High Street Bank, (conditions apply).

You will also receive a Connection CD to help you configure you computer for use on our network
The network is not wireless so you will need a CAT5 Patch Cable (also known as an Ethernet Cable) to connect. These will be available from ask4 staff during the move in period.
Once you have these things, you can activate your internet connection by following the instructions on the Connection CD and using the Signup Wizard.
