ask4's Support Centre is dedicated to helping you get the most from your services. ask4 offer support through a number of channels, from telephone and email support to on-site engineers.
Connection CD
Connection Support CD's are available from reception. The Connection CD will take you through a series of steps to configure you computer so that it will work on the ask4 network.
Student Portal
Once you are online with ask4, you will have access to all of your services via the Student Portal. This portal also contains documentation and support for the additional services that you have subscribed to.
Technical Support
If you cannot solve your problem either using the Connection CD or the Student Portal, then the ask4 Support Centre offers telephone and email support. Our highly trained staff are here to help with any problems you may have.
