The individual appointed to this role will be working with the Sales team in the PBSA / PRS / A4B and DC verticals.
The role will be focused on 3 key objectives to:
take responsibility for the Account Management process of the ASK4 Strategic Accounts
where appropriate, develop relationships with individuals and clients to support our sales efforts
coordinate information within the Sales Team to ensure a consistent approach in ASK4’s service delivery model to our clients.
Understanding the business landscape of the Strategic Accounts and what this means for ASK4.Assist with the delivery of our sales strategy to achieve our commercial objectives.
Utilise Salesforce effectively to manage the sales pipeline and keep opportunities up to date as they progress.
Use Salesforce to manage client relationships and monitor sales activities.
Raise projects with provisioning.
Update account plans and ensure they are maintained to reflect the issues/ opportunities the client is facing
Develop and maintain a relationship strategy / plan for the Key decision makers
Drive the account management process with the account management teams and co-ordinate their activities
Record and circulate minutes and follow up on actions as agreed at the account management team meetings.
Contacting clients as appropriate to inform them about new developments in the company service offering.
Preparing presentations, quotes and proposals.
Working with the Marketing team to ensure we are effectively using the resources we have available.
Be the 'go to' person for all matters relating to the ASK4 Strategic Accounts.
Guidance and authority
This position will report directly to the Group Sales Director and will work with multiple departments as required.

Numerate with strong analytical and problem solving ability.
Credible, confident communicator (both written and verbal).
Socially adept with the ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately whilst under pressure.
Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Knowledge of the ASK4 product/service range.
Range: £23,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience.
