Job title: Field Support Engineer
Location: ASK4 DC1, 9 Brompton Road, Attercliffe, Sheffield S9 2PA
Reporting to: Field Support Team Manager
Start date: TBC
Working within the Engineering Team to carry out installs, repairs and maintenance on ASK4 Group sites, in a timely fashion and to quality and technical standards as defined by the company. To print out own job sheets and to update documentation and company systems following visits.
Processing of your own jobs as allocated by the Engineering Managers or Technical Administrator. This include(s) but not limited to responding to new jobs added/amended, printing job sheets, updating UAC and raising Tasks where required,
Processing documentation as required, comprehensively and accurately.
Producing accurate handovers to sites visited and/or tasks carried out
Carrying out Quality checks
Completing all necessary Health and Safety documentation and vehicular documentation as set by the Engineering Manager
Adherence to ASK4's policies and procedures, including, but not limited to all the relevant Information Security and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Report any health and safety breaches or concerns in order to assist the company in preventing future accidents/incidents.
Escalating issues as required to the Team Manager(s) and/or Field Operations Manager.
Maintaining and installing sites around the UK and providing 24/7 On-Call cover on a rota basis.
Maintaining and installing sites out of the UK when required.
Assisting the install team when required.
Responding to faults and/or installs as required and directed by the Engineering Manager and/or as delegated by the workqueue
Carrying out visits as arranged by the Engineering Manager(s).
Liaising with other departments (including but not limited to Support and NOC) whilst carrying out work visits.
Carry out basic DIY tasks.

Ensuring stock procedures are followed including but not limited to signing out and returning of stock
Liaising with the Stock department for consumables and stock replenishment
Adopt a proactive approach to own training and development.
Undertake training as directed by your line manager.
Attend and participate in training sessions as directed by your line manager
Principle accountabilities / Key results areas
Ensuring an accurate fix, first time every time and making the experience satisfying for the customer.
Adherence to ASK4's policies and procedures, including, but not limited to all the relevant Information Security policies and procedures.
Must be a hardworking competent driver. Flexibility is a must and must take a proactive approach to own development.
Excellent communication skills are required as will be dealing with customers face to face.

Skills & Attributes required:
ASK4 field experience.
Experience of using hand and power tools competently
Valid UK driving license
Good understanding of networking
Must be willing to stay away from home.
Working at height experience
