Congratulations to Amro Partners on securing WiredScore Platinum ratings on two student housing projects in Spain.
Amro’s student housing projects in Madrid and Pamplona have been awarded the coveted WiredScore Platinum rating for digital connectivity. To achieve this rating, Amro needed to demonstrate that their buildings are future proofed and included features such as high-speed Internet connectivity, a designated telecommunications room, secure Wi-Fi in community spaces and reliable mobile phone call capabilities throughout the building. ASK4 is delighted to have been able to deliver Internet services to these buildings to allow them to fulfil these important criteria.
Luis Lopez-Quinones Garcia, Managing Director and Co-Head of Iberia, at Amro Partners, said:
“Fast and reliable Internet connectivity is a must-have for all our residents. Along with our partners at ASK4, we’re delivering best in class design, connectivity and student experience at our projects in Madrid and Pamplona, which, along with Seville and Valencia, are the only four student housing projects in Europe to achieve a WiredScore Platinum rating".
