Madrid, 24 September 2025 – Resa, Spain’s leading student housing operator, has announced the renewal and expansion of its strategic alliance with ASK4, a leading provider of managed high-speed Internet and WiFi services for multi-tenant buildings. With 25 years of experience and operations in the UK and 11 other European countries, ASK4 will now deploy advanced digital infrastructure across Resa’s 46 assets in 23 cities across Spain.
This renewed agreement responds to the dual demand of, on the one hand, an increasingly digital-native generation of students, and on the other, buildings that must be more technological, versatile, and adapted to new ways of studying and living in student residences.
As Resa’s technology partner, and thanks to the expansion of this strategic alliance, ASK4 will provide high-speed Internet, fiber connectivity, and Smart Building Connectivity services.

Among the main improvements, residents will enjoy guaranteed symmetrical bandwidth and seamless coverage throughout each building, with no dead spots or latency. The 4Network solution, ASK4’s private network service, enables each user to connect up to 10 devices that behave exactly as if they were linked to a home router. This private network remains active anywhere within the residence, acting as a digital bubble that always accompanies the resident.
These advancements will be added to Smart Building Connectivity services already available in Resa residences, such as TULU, the smart locker service for on-demand rental and purchase of household items, TULU Ride, the in-residence e-scooter rental service, as well as connected appliances, security camera systems, and building infrastructure management, all within a secure internet environment.
